The focus of our ministry in Asia prodomenantly has been leadership development through the church community, business networks, conferences and training schools in the past 25 years.
Currently the door has opened up for us to not only continue these relationships, but go further with benevolent projects through Ethnos ministries and online eduction through Hertiage Christian Online School.
Annually Building Beyond Borders sends leaders into many nations in Asia to train and equip leaders and churches, and give oversight to benevolent projects and the advancement of quality education.

Pastor David, as Founder of KCC, has ministered in over 25 nations during the course of his leadership. His apostolic call (Romans 1:5 AMP) creates highways to the nations for next generational influence (Isa 62:10 AMP). As a mission broker, he connects leaders, organizations and projects to accomplish initiatives that are aligned to KCC's strategic interests. As a member of Building Beyond Borders, he provides leadership to the Asian theatre. He is a member of the Board of Governors for Master's Theological Institute in Vietnam, and has expanded leadership training to eight different regions through digital education. He fathers the team at Hallelujah Ministries, an International House of Prayer located in Hong Kong's North Point harbour. He works with churches and ministries in Mexico, China and Taiwan, in leadership, transformational kingdom business and educational training.
ETHNOS MINISTRIES | ASIA
Ryan & Judy Sawatzky
Our paths were very similar. Throughout our youth we could not escape the knowledge that there were millions of people who were daily subjected to the most unjust and often corrupt circumstances. Most of them had never heard that there was hope, had never heard the truth. This spurred a deep determination within Ryan’s heart to actively serve God and do what he could to shed the light of the gospel. Likewise, the passion that burned inside my heart, caused me to speak up whenever an occasion presented itself. Looking back, it is interesting to me now, that no-one from within the very secular public school audiences that I addressed, ever breathed a word of criticism or argued with my (tremblingly) bold declarations that, “There is no love without God, there is no justice outside of His righteousness…and, by the way, how dare the world go merrily rolling on when so many people are suffering!”
As God always does, over the course of time He gathered together the seemingly random elements of our lives, placed a burden on our hearts that could not be ignored and then supernaturally opened doors of opportunity. For many years now, we have been blessed to participate in a variety of missions’ work throughout Asia. It has been our privilege to be involved – either directly or indirectly – in the following areas: helping to meet the physical and material needs of those who are persecuted or in extreme poverty, support for orphans, widows and refugees, school education and livelihood training programs, emergency relief, pastoral & leadership training, and Bible printing and delivery. We feel abundantly blessed that God has allowed us to participate in what He is doing throughout the world and we are so grateful for the prayers and support of our KCC family.
